Open to all aspiring musicians in the community, ages 5-18, Texas Music Conservatory is thrilled to offer after-school private music lessons that cater to students of all levels, whether they’re a beginner or a seasoned performer.
Our expert instructors are ready to guide students on a personalized musical journey, helping them develop their skills and explore their musical passions. Plus, as a special treat, participants have the exciting opportunity to showcase their progress in our spectacular end-of-year concert. So, whether your child is dreaming of dazzling solos or harmonious duets, they should join us for private music lessons that will inspire, challenge, and bring out the superstar musician in them!

Lesson Lengths: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour
Lesson Frequency: Twice per week, Once per week, Once every other week
There will be no lessons during TCA+A school closures and holidays. These dates can be seen on on our Important Dates document on the Resources page.
Students who decide to not complete the full program must give 30 days notice to cancel a recurring lesson and will no longer be eligible to perform in the Spring Music Recital.
Rates – Classes are $40 per 30-minute lesson, $55 per 45-minute lesson and $70 per 60-minute lesson.
Tuition can be paid in either one or two month increments and must be paid prior to the 1st lesson of each month.
Refunds are not given for missed lessons but a payment can be credited forward if 24 hour notice is given prior to missed lesson.
Lessons are offered at Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts and Texas School of the Arts. Exact location for your student’s lesson will be determined during the registration process.

All Texas Music Conservatory instructors are highly-qualified with degrees in music and hold previous teaching experience.

Students can request a specific instructor for their private lessons or we can pair them with the instructor that we feel will best help them to meet their goals.
All private lesson students who remain in the program for the full year-long session will be eligible to perform in our Spring Music Concert.
