Description
Open to Rising 5th-8th graders
Dance all day in this week-long intensive for dancers going into 5th-8th grade! Young dancers will take class in 4 genres each day and receive important instruction in anatomy and injury prevention. Teachers are highly qualified and experienced and the curriculum mirrors that of TCA+A charter schools (FWAFA and TeSA) and Fine Arts Conservatories. Perfect for the dancer looking to improve their technique in a short amount of time, and for the dance student that is enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge of different dance styles.
Dates: June 22-26, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-4:00PM

Supplies Needed
Lunch, water bottle, and snacks. Please wear form-fitting clothes like tights or leggings and leotard (no crop tops, bra tops, costumes, t-shirts, shorts, or baggy clothing) and warm ups to wear over dance clothes during lunch, breaks, etc. Please bring ballet and jazz shoes if you have them. If not, dancers can take class in socks or bare feet.
